The Real Thing

Fuco Prime: AT LAST SOMETHING WORKED!

I had stopped with my Hoodia Prime program because I saw another product by Nature's Biology had and I wanted to try it. So yes, Hoodia Prime was working but curiosity drew me to the Fuco Prime.
It really jump started my metabolism as soon as I started taking it. I began a couple days taking the Fuco Prime before meals but added the excersize portion to my routine soon after. I was excited about the work out portion of the program and the fact it lasted just 12 days was intrigueing as well. Let the fun begin!
I knew the Fuco Prime needed the workouts to work effectively so I want you to know that up front. I just wanted to be sure it was in my body and present when the excersizing began.
It was recommended that I eat 5-6 meals a day. This sounded good but wow...5-6 meals?. I did my best to eat 5 meals. It was 30% protein, 60% vegetables, 5% fruits and 5% but you have to find what works for you. I did well sticking to the veggies and protein but I fell short on the fruits and other percentages until near the end. I just never have liked the fruit and struggled to get any in at all.
I enjoyed the workout program, I performed my workout before the third meal of the day then went right to my protein shake. It did wonders for controlling my hunger and took the place of a meal so I looked forward to those. I actually got tired of eating....and I LOVE FOOD!
I found the workout program challenging but entertaining and I never lost interest. So the next workout was something to look forward to.
In the 12 days I lost 9 lbs! I was thrilled! I was feeling great. Immediately after the program was over I resumed my Hoodia Prime. I wanted to control my hunger and Hoodai Prime is great for that.
